There is no cost to register as a buyer. However, there will be setup fees for registering the store; please contact us for more information.
All morning orders are typically delivered in the evening, and vice versa.
You have the option to cancel your order before it reaches the 'OnDelivery' stage.
If there are any issues with the delivered goods or for any other reason, you may return the items; however, make sure the item package is in good condition and includes the original packaging.
If you wish to return an item, please contact our customer service department to make a return request.
There will be no charges if the things are returned in their original condition. However, if you need our delivery executive to pick up the returned products, there may be a nominal fee.
We have multiple delivery service options; charges may or may not apply based on the option selected. Please refer to Shipping and Delivery Options for more information.
